Repeat Prescriptions

blue_yellowRepeat prescriptions must be requested in writing, ideally using the re-order form on the back of your prescription or via our website.

For safety reasons we cannot accept telephone requests.

Tick the boxes of the drugs you wish to re-order on the form at the back of your previous prescription.

You have the option to, either,

  • Leave the form at reception
  • Fax on 020 7586 7558
  • Post your request (with a stamped addressed envelope)
  • Send the order via our website
  • Email the surgery on

Please note that controlled medication must be signed for at reception by the patient or patients’ representative.

Repeat prescriptions take 48 hours to process (excluding weekends and bank holidays), please allow more time if you are waiting for your prescription to be posted back to you.
