  • WE ARE NOW MOVING TO A SYSTEM OF PHONE TRIAGE FOR ALL OUR PATIENTS.  IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BOOKED THIS WILL BE CHANGED TO A PHONE CONSULTATION.  THE DR WILL TRY AND MANAGE YOUR CARE ON THE PHONE AND WILL ADVISE IF YOU STILL NEED TO COME INTO THE SURGERY.

  • IN ALL CASES: Do not come into the surgery if you have any symptoms however mild (eg Fever, new continuous cough) and follow latest advice to self isolate at home.

Communication Support

Do you need support to communicate with the practice?

Please let Reception know if you need an interpreter (language or sign) or any other specific support to help you communicate with practice. Please download and complete this  Communication Support Form and hand to our Reception Team at the surgery.

We will make sure we record your need; with your consent share this with other health and social care providers; and do our best to meet your particular communication need.
