Adelaide Medical Centre has been caring for the local community of Primrose Hill, Swiss Cottage, Chalk Farm, Belsize Park, Hampstead and Camden since 1974. We look after over 12,000 patients, with our dedicated team of 10+ experienced doctors and other clinicians including nurses, advanced physician assistants, pharmacists and social prescribers. We strive to deliver, in partnership with our patients, the highest standard of patient-centered care within the National Health Service.
